Payment Terms:

- A 60% advance payment is required at the time of placing the order.
- The remaining 40% payment must be made before the dress is delivered.
No Refunds on Made-to-Order Outfits:
- We do not offer refunds on made-to-order items, as each outfit is specially crafted according to your individual request.
Quality Assurance:
- Our dedicated Quality Check Team thoroughly inspects and approves each outfit before dispatch to ensure it meets our high standards.
Pre-Dispatch Confirmation:
- Photos and videos of the completed outfit are shared with you prior to shipping for your confirmation and satisfaction. (Please note: Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting and editing effects.)
Order Cancellations:
- Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the production process begins and materials are allocated specifically for your outfit.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries:
- In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear pictures or videos of the issue.
Production Timeline:
- Our standard production timeline begins only after payment has been successfully processed. Delays caused by your bank or payment provider are beyond our control and may affect delivery timelines.
Delivery Responsibility:
- Once an order has been dispatched, we rely on third-party logistics partners for delivery. We are not responsible for any delays caused by courier or shipping companies.
Return Shipping Responsibility:
- If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking for all return parcels.
