• All deliveries are subject to stock availability and payment authorization
  • Free delivery is provided upon the purchase of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees ten thousand) or above. For purchases less than that, delivery cost of Rs. 200 (Rupees two hundred) will be charged.
  • We will endeavor to deliver orders within 3 to 5 working days subject to provision of a valid address. However, force majeure events might delay or render impossible any deliveries.
  • No dispatches can be made on weekends, gazetted holidays and outside normal business hours.
  • In case of COD (cash on delivery), delivery shall only be made against cash payment in full.
  • In case of payment made through credit/debit card, order will be processed after 48 hours of payment captured time.
  • Orders with advance payments (Credit/Debit Card) can be cancelled within 48 hours of order placement.
  • In case of order cancellation after dispatch, refund will only be processed once we receive the return shipment from the specific courier (Applicable to Credit/Debit Card orders only)
  • A signature will be required upon delivery of good.
